1. About the marketplace

SnowBike Central is an online marketplace where independent riders list snowbikes, kits, parts, and gear for sale. We are not the seller of listed items — each sale is a contract between the buyer and the seller. We provide the platform, listing tools, messaging, and payment processing.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for all activity that happens under your login. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.

3. Listings and seller duties

• Describe items honestly, including wear, damage, and missing parts.
• Use real photos of the actual item you are selling.
• Only list items you own and can legally sell.
• Ship promptly after payment clears and add tracking to the order.
• Keep pricing and shipping costs accurate — no bait pricing.

4. Buyer duties

Ask questions before you buy, pay through the checkout on this site, and confirm receipt once your item arrives. Payments made outside the platform are not covered by any of our protections.

5. Prohibited items

Stolen goods, counterfeit parts, unsafe or recalled equipment, firearms, and anything illegal to ship in the buyer's or seller's jurisdiction may not be listed.

6. Payments

Card payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store card numbers. Prices are shown in USD and include the seller's stated shipping charge where applicable.

7. Disputes

Start with a message to the other party through the order — most issues are simple mix-ups. If that fails, contact us and we will review the order, messages, and tracking.

8. Liability

The marketplace is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, SnowBike Central is not liable for the condition, legality, or performance of items sold by users, or for indirect losses arising from a transaction between users.
